		<description>Reading this got me thinking about what I would think if I met someone like myself, and didn&#039;t realize he was like me.

I wonder if I would cut someone else as much slack for times when I&#039;ve been ineffective as I&#039;ve cut for myself. It&#039;s a good reminder that when I&#039;m not effective in keeping up with my responsibilities, I need to change something.

I&#039;m also really curious about what people say when I&#039;m not around. It&#039;s not that often that I&#039;m talking with someone about another person whom we both know well, when that person isn&#039;t in the room. I know for some people that situation is common.</description>

Good leaders do whatever is necessary to motivate the group the have to accomplish the goal at hand. That can be as a cheerleader, critique, motivator or janitor.</description>
